Getting a quote

Start a quote What should I have ready for a quote?

Your current declarations page helps most. It lists what you carry today, so we can quote the same coverage or show you where we’d change it. A photo of it works.

Do I need my renewal date to get a quote?

No. The quote form only asks what you want covered, your name, mobile number and ZIP code. If you have your current declarations page, have it handy when a licensed agent calls.

Auto insurance

Auto coverage What are Arizona’s minimum liability limits for car insurance?

Arizona law (A.R.S. 28-4009 on azleg.gov) sets the lowest liability limits at $25,000 for injury to one person, $50,000 for injuries to two or more people in one accident and $15,000 for damage to other people’s property, often written as 25/50/15. The state minimum is a starting point, not a recommendation. We’ll show you what the minimum does and doesn’t pay for, and you choose your limits. Read more in our guide to Arizona minimum auto insurance, or see what each part of an auto policy does.

Does my auto policy cover hail or a cracked windshield?

Comprehensive is the part of an auto policy for damage that isn’t from a collision. Whether it pays for hail or a cracked windshield, and what you pay first as a deductible, depends on your policy’s terms, limits and exclusions. Arizona law (A.R.S. 20-264 on azleg.gov) says insurers that write comprehensive coverage must offer glass coverage with no deductible, and you choose whether to add it. We’ll show you how it works on yours.

Home insurance

Home coverage Does a standard homeowners policy in Arizona cover flooding?

According to FEMA’s FloodSmart site (floodsmart.gov), most homeowners insurance does not cover flood damage. FloodSmart also says a new flood policy generally takes effect 30 days after you buy it, with some exceptions, so look into flood coverage well before storm season.

What your own policy covers depends on its terms, limits and exclusions. Email us your declarations page, or call, and we’ll go through it with you.

How do I make a home inventory for my insurance?

Walk through each room and take photos or a video, saying what you see as you go. The Insurance Information Institute (iii.org) suggests these habits:

Start small. A partial list still helps. Ask us how your policy treats jewelry, art and other high-value items.

Auto + home bundles

How bundling works If I bundle auto and home, are they still two separate policies?

Yes. A bundle is your auto policy and your home policy, both written through our agency, with one team looking after both. Your policy documents spell out each one’s exact terms. See how bundling works.

What happens to my auto and home bundle if I sell the house?

Call or email us before the sale closes. We’ll line up the home policy’s end date with your closing, then go over what changes on your auto policy, including any multi-policy discount. Moving into a rental? Ask about adding renters insurance alongside your auto policy, subject to eligibility and availability.

Switching to us

Get a quote Can I switch before my current policy is up for renewal?

Yes. Ask your current company how canceling before the renewal date works on your policy. Then we line up the start date of your new policy with the day the old one ends, so there’s no gap in coverage.

Can I still get a quote with a ticket or an accident on my record?

Yes. Tell us about it when we talk, with the rough dates. How it affects your quote depends on the details and on underwriting rules, so the clearest answer comes from running the real numbers. Have your declarations page handy.
