When you text Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group, or ask us to text you, these terms apply. In short: KGB Insurance texts you about your quote and your policy, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Message frequency varies

How many texts you get depends on what you’ve asked us for. Some months, there are none.

We never charge for texts. Your mobile plan decides what, if anything, you pay to send and receive them.
Never a condition of purchase

You don’t have to agree to texts to get a quote or buy a policy. You can call (480) 545-8877 instead.

Text message terms

These terms cover text messages between you and Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group (“we,” “us”) at (480) 337-6695. By agreeing to get texts from us, or by texting us, you accept them.

01The program

Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group is an Allstate exclusive agency serving Arizona. You can reach us at (480) 545-8877 or ronaldballard@allstate.com. Our quote and service texts come from (480) 337-6695 and cover two things:

Quote texts. Follow-ups on a quote you asked for, such as a question about your vehicles or your home, a good time to talk, or where your quote stands.
Service texts. Answers to questions you send us by text, and help with a policy you have through our agency, such as documents, ID cards or a change you asked about.

02How you agree to get texts

You agree to get texts from us when you do any of these:

Submit a quote or contact form on this website with your mobile number. The consent line sits right under the button.
You send us the first text, at (480) 337-6695.
Ask us, on the phone or by email, to text you.

Please only give us a mobile number that’s yours, or one you have permission to use.

03How often we text

Message frequency varies. It depends on what you’ve asked us for. A new quote can take several texts. Some months, you may get none.

04Message and data rates

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to the texts you send and receive. We don’t charge for texts. Check your mobile plan for details.

05How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out, or tell us by text, phone or email that you want texts to stop. We’ll stop texting that number, and you may get one last text confirming you’ve opted out.

Opting out of texts doesn’t cancel a quote or a policy. You can still call us, and we can still reach you by phone. To get texts again, reply START or call the office.

06How to get help

Reply HELP to any text for help, or call (480) 545-8877. The office is open Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM and Sat 8 AM–12 PM. You can text or call in English or Spanish. Hablamos español.

07Consent is not a condition of purchase

You never have to agree to texts to get a quote or to buy any policy. If you’d rather not get texts, call (480) 545-8877 or email ronaldballard@allstate.com instead.

08Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text delivery depends on your carrier, your device and your signal.

09Your privacy

We use your mobile number and your messages to answer you and to work on your quote or policy. We don’t sell your mobile number. We don’t share your mobile number or your consent to get texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle the information you share with us.

10Sensitive details and claims

For your security, please don’t text Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or full card numbers. Call the office for anything like that.

Texts aren’t the way to report a claim or an emergency. To report a claim any time, day or night, call 1-800-ALLSTATE (1-800-255-7828). In an emergency, call 911 first.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep texting with us after a change, the updated terms apply.
