Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group is a local Allstate exclusive agency in Chandler, Arizona. This policy covers the information you share with us through this website, including our quote and contact forms, and the calls and texts that follow.

01Who we are

Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group (“we” or “us”) is an Allstate exclusive agency owned by Ron Ballard. You can reach us at (480) 545-8877 or ronaldballard@allstate.com. When this policy says “this website,” it means the site you’re reading now.

We collect what you send us by form, call, text, email or chat, plus which pages you visit and how you found this site.

When you fill in a form

Your name, your mobile number and, if you add it, your email address.
Quote details, such as your ZIP code, the coverage you want and anything you write in the message box.

When you call, text or email us

We keep a record of what you ask and the details you share, so we can answer your request and follow up on it.

When you use the chat on this site

The chat on this website is an AI assistant, not a person. Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group stores chat transcripts. Please don’t type your Social Security number, driver’s license number, date of birth, or bank or card numbers into the chat.

When you browse

The pages you visit on this site, and how you found it, such as a search or an ad you clicked. Cookies and analytics explains how.

Please keep sensitive numbers off our forms

Our website forms never ask for your Social Security number, driver’s license number or bank details. Please don’t type them into a form or a text. If your quote needs more, we’ll ask you directly.

04Text messages and phone calls

When you submit a form, you agree that Kittelson-Gonzalez & Ballard Group may call or text you at the number you entered about your quote. That consent is not a condition of buying anything.

How often we text depends on your conversation with us. Msg & data rates may apply.

We don’t sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

We share your information only when it helps us do what you asked, or when the law requires it.

Allstate and its affiliates, to prepare your quote and to set up and service your policy.
Service providers that run this website, our customer records, email and text messaging for us. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
When the law requires it, for example to answer a court order or an insurance regulator.

We don’t sell your information

We don’t rent or trade our contact lists either. That’s true whether or not you become a customer.

06Cookies and analytics

This site keeps a small, random visitor ID in your browser (in local storage, with a matching cookie as a backup). It shows us which pages someone read before they contacted us, so we know which pages are helpful. The ID is made up at random. It isn’t based on your device, and we don’t store your IP address with it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don’t set the visitor ID at all.

If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, your browser also remembers where you came from for up to 90 days. That note reaches us only if you send a form, so we can tell which ads bring in quote requests.

We may also use standard tools, such as Google Analytics, to count visits and, when we advertise online, to see whether our ads lead to calls and quote requests. Those tools can set their own cookies.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

07How we protect and keep it

We use reasonable safeguards, like secure (HTTPS) connections and limited access, to protect what you send us. No website or email is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep sensitive numbers out of forms and texts.

We keep quote requests and conversation records for as long as we need them to help you, and as long as the law requires.

08Your choices

Stop texts: reply STOP to any message from us.
Stop calls or emails: just tell us, and we’ll stop.
See, correct or delete your information: call, email us. We’ll do what you ask, unless the law requires us to keep a record.
Cookies and site data: clear or block them in your browser. Turning on Global Privacy Control also stops our visitor ID.

Making any of these choices won’t cancel a quote or a policy.

09Children

This website is meant for adults shopping for insurance. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top.
